 As an Assistant Account Sales Manager, you will be trained on our technology and on our energy partners' products.  You will generate business through door to door outreach with prospective and existing customers. Assistant Sales Managers will assist in the recruitment, teaching, training and mentoring their sales reps to be the best in the business! You will help lead your team and demonstrate the best in class approach generating your own sales and encourage your team to do the same.
• Help build a sales team working the Account Sales Manager and the Polis Talent Acquisition team
• Mentor and manage your own sales team
• Lead by example – you will be the subject matter expert
 • Become an expert in telco/internet service offerings of Polis’ client
 • Help save homeowners money and educate them on the advantages of fiber optic internet service through door to door outreach
 • Close contracts confidently with homeowners while gaining outside business development expertise
 • Participate in and contribute to on-going training with a focus on team building and mentorship

• Have at least 1 year door to door sales experience and have led a team
• Enjoy mentoring new Reps to become best in class
• Can speak publicly with confidence and poise

 • Base pay of $20/HR + commissions

• Average annual compensation of 90,000-110,000[1]
