 As an Account Sales Manager, you will be trained on our technology and on our energy partners' products.  You will generate business through door to door outreach with prospective and existing customers. Sales managers assist in the recruitment, teach and train their sales reps to be the best in the business! You will lead your team in every way and demonstrate the best in class approach generating your own sales and encourage your team to do the same.

 WHAT YOU'LL DO…
 
• Help build your own sales team working with supplier from Polis Talent team
• Selling through door to door outreach
• Mentor and manage your own sales team
• Lead by example – you will be the subject matter expert
 • Become an expert in energy products and their benefits to the consumer
 • Help save the environment by educating homeowners on the advantages of clean energy through door to door outreach
 • Close contracts confidently with new homes and families while gaining outside business development expertise
 • Participate in and contribute to on-going training with a focus on team building and mentorship
