Prior to founding Polis, Kendall was a consultant at Parthenon-EY where she advised the executives of multi-national corporations and Fortune 500 companies. She received her B.A. from Columbia University and attended the University of Oxford. Kendall has been featured in Forbes, TechCrunch, the Washington Post and the Boston Globe.
Vice President of Business Development
Brett comes to Polis by way of Skyrocket Media where he was responsible for building long-term strategic partnerships, growing business revenue 880% leading to a #27 rank on the Inc. 500 list. He also earned Utah Business 40 Under 40 Honors for his leadership in business development and his work with various Fortune 500 companies. Previous to that, Brett worked in organizational leadership roles for presidential and congressional campaigns and was also a successful direct sales representative. Brett holds a B.A. from Utah Valley University and an M.A. from Kings College London.
Director of Product
With over 15 years of experience as a product manager, Adam has worked at several early stage startups to help them focus their strategy and grow. Prior to joining Polis Adam was Head of Product at Springboard Retail and VP Product at StructuredWeb. He received his BS in Finance from Villanova University.
Director of Engineering
David joins Polis with over 15 years of software engineering experience. Specializing in building strong software teams, David most recently increased ThriveHive from 4 to 17 engineers. Prior to ThriveHive, David managed a team at Endurance International group servicing over 3 million customers and 10 million domains. David has a B.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern University and is a U.S. Army veteran.
VP Customer Success
Sarah joined Polis with more than 10 years in operational experience. Most recently she was VP of Customer Experience at Hopper where she grew her team from 2 to almost 200. She is passionate about establishing sustainable process and empowering teams to accomplish more than they ever thought possible.
After graduating from Bryant University with a bachelors in accounting, Don went on to spend 27 years at Deloitte working his way up to a partner. After Deloitte, Don began to work with several successful startups including Jana, Stratega Therapeutics, Mirata, and Spirata. His precision for detail and passion for numbers led him to Polis in 2019 as our CFO.
Vice President of Sales Operations
Will joins Polis after spending 17 years with 1-800 Contacts. He brings experience in building teams, driving growth and leading large and growing business entities. Will is working on building our direct channel and is actively recruiting outstanding people to join our team. Will received his Bachelors degree from Utah Valley University and an MBA from Utah State University.
Director of Inside Sales
Ryan graduated from Utah Valley University with a degree in Behavioral Science which is where he developed a passion for improving communication and relationships. He has spent the past 20+ years in sales organizations of all shapes and sizes. Ryan has extensive tech and data experience with Lucid Software and Domo and loves helping companies use data to improve processes and increase revenue. In his spare time Ryan loves exploring the Utah mountains with his wife and kids.
Marcos is a director at SMT Solucoes and a former co-founder of Taggs. Before that he consulted at the Advus Corporation and he received his B.S. in Computer Engineering at the University of São Paulo.
Senior Software Engineer
Ndaba has diverse experience in software and web development, working for companies like Succinct Design, Charisma Jalapeño Digital and doing freelance development. Ndaba received a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
Full Stack Engineer
Anjali graduated with a B.A. from Middlebury College and M.S. from Yale University. After working as a technology consultant, Anjali studied full-stack software engineering at the Grace Hopper Program, an all women programming school.
Aditya graduated from R.V.College of Engineering Bangalore with a B.E in Computer Science and Engineering in 2013 and worked as a software engineer for about 3 years. He has experience in building web applications and data warehousing. After that, he completed his M.S in Computer Science with a specialization in Data Engineering from Northeastern University Boston. He loves weekend hikes and exploring new cities.

Giovane has experience with front and backend development, having received his B.S. in Computer Science at the University of São Paulo. He has been working with Polis since February 2018.
Bruno graduated from FATEC in I.T. He is a mobile developer with experience in different types of applications and passionate for innovation and challenges. On weekends like to travel with his motorcycle to meet new places

Luiz received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Universidade de São Paulo in 2013 and has worked ever since as a technology consultant for many different industries. He is a full-stack software engineer that loves solving complex problems, learning new technologies, music, and rollerblading.

Rafael graduated from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul in 2018 with his bachelors in computer science. He is a mobile developer having worked with several different types of applications. Rafael enjoys music, games, and movies. He is also passionate about developing games in his free time.
Hannah received her bachelor’s degree in Philosophy with a minor in Physics at Brandeis University. After working in sales at a large organic food company for several years, she switched careers into software development. Hannah loves sushi, cats and often wonders how she will be able to explain niche memes to future children in 40 years.
Darshit received his B.Tech. in Computer Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University. He has 2 yrs of work experience and is currently pursuing M.S. in Computer Science at Northeastern University.
Gowtham graduated from RMK Engineering College with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering. He has done a couple of internships in Android development and infrastructure automation. He is currently interested in developing scalable web apps, and pursuing Master’s in Computer Science from Northeastern University. Gowtham is an avid food lover and a die-hard MSDian.

With four years of recruiting experience, Jacqueline helps to discover and nurture new sales talent for the Polis Direct team! There’s nothing quite like the thrill of a candidate’s enthusiastic “Yes!” to an offer, and an equally pleased hiring manager who just landed a top performer. Perhaps even more satisfying is successfully recruiting a superstar and watching them develop into an industry leader; smashing goals and setting records. Knowing her efforts impact the bottom line keeps Jacqueline going every day. In her spare time, she is a devoted dog mom who also owns a cat.
Sissi Li Zhou
Sissi joined Polis after graduating from Northeastern University with a BS in Economics and minors in Business and Political Science. She was born and raised in Mexico City, and will jump at every opportunity she has to talk about Mexico (you’ve been warned). Sissi represented Mexico and Northeastern University at the World Debating Championships, but gave up her career in arguing with people to help our awesome customers at Polis!
Jackie has diverse experience in sales, customer relations, and product management. Jackie joined Polis from SAi where she was a key player in growing the inside sales and channel sales departments. She also built a value add product that allowed end users to visualize their production data. Jackie has enormous experience in developing relationships with clients and finding solutions for them to increase revenue by simplifying processes. Jackie attended Newberry College where she was a Summerland Honors student, school ambassador, and member of the music department. In her spare time she enjoys trivia, attending concerts, and kayaking with her husband.
Bark End Engineer
Cassie received her Bachelors in Archaeology due to her intense passion for bones. After failing to become gainfully employed, she earned her MBA – Masters in Barking Administration – and in her free time learned how to code. Cassie joined Polis in July of 2018 as a Bark End Engineer and is a constant source of support for all of the Polis team!
ROOFing Account Executive
Kimchi joins Polis after a long stint as an actress in the greater Boston area and starting a successful roofing business. Tired of receiving rounds of appaws every night for her performance in the musical “Cats,” Kimchi decided to try her hands in the roofing industry. Her previous employees reportedly have claimed that her bark is worse than her bite. Having used Polis to conduct successful door-to-door sales outreach for her roofing company, it seemed like a natural fit for Kimchi to come join us as our expert in the roofing industry.
